Challenge:
Allstate’s High Performance Soccer Clinics, hosted by a member of the Women’s National Soccer Team, took place across Canada giving little girls the chance to train and learn the tricks of the trade from professional female soccer players. Allstate needed a digital solution to register the hundreds of participants and manage their information from registration to check-in.
Solution:
Working with a member from the Limelight Platform Customer Success team, we created a fully integrated experience consisting of a registration and contest website that directly connected with an onsite application and personalized, branded triggered emails. The registration site included a data capture form, information on the event, sponsorships, and community outreach programs, as well as a link to a separate contest site for additional winnings.
An onsite application contained a guest list and Allstate branded photo feature used to capture information and generate leads via an all in one integrated platform. The guest list contained all pre-populated information pulled from the registration website and included a digital waiver and photo I.D. capture to ensure all legal and safety requirements were acknowledged.
Children could take a picture using the branded photo feature with their favourite Women’s National Soccer player. A personalized email was triggered once the application’s photo had been captured and submitted, allowing it to be shared and connected to social media platforms.
Limelight completely digitized Allstate’s entire experience with its seamless check-in process and photo features by reducing onsite registration wait time, capturing all legal waivers and consumer insights, and instantly sending personal and relevant followup communication. Allstate was able to view all results and insights on a single visual dashboard in real time.
